A privately owned small restaurant with a unique one of a kind sweet thin crust pizza, pasta not reallly exciting but ok. An overall good experience. !!!

Great pizza and atmosphere. Me and the family love coming here while we are visiting.

Employees don't care how they talk to you. Most are rude. Owner does nothing. Food most of the time is very good. Not always thou. Ice kept in a Walmart cooler on the counter. Wonder when the last time it was cleaned out? Shame her grand father was so nice and understood his business. J..... the owner now cares about nothing.

I remember going to this restaurant as a small child with my family. Over the past two years the restaurant has really went down hill. The wait staff is so miserable, it's really sad to see such an iconic pizza place for the area going down the drain.

I’m officially done with this place. Every take out order not only takes forever but when you finally go to pick up your food something is wrong or missing. I ordered extra dressing with my salad and go no dressing at all. And our second order was to come with a side salad/dressing and we didn’t get that either. They will never get my business again because it’s always something negative unfortunately.

The person who picked up the phone for a pick up order was very rude and abrupt. Pizza is great and delicious — customer service is just bad.

Greasy pizza. Poor customer service. You can stand and wait for a good 15 minutes before anyone even knows you are there. Pizza tastes like sugar with pizza toppings. Rude staff. Would not EVER recommend. Dirty silverware.

My personal favorite pizza. I get a large to eat there and a large to take home every time

This restaurant exceeded our expectations very much! We were looking for a place to eat in Latrobe that wasn't too pricey, and this place definitely isn't, and the food is very delicious. I highly recommend! :)

Dining room needs updated. Staff needs trained. Managers need fired. I will never bring my family in for pizza here again. I own a business and will be sure to tell them to never go to Latrobe go to greensburg. Wendy was mouthy and could be heard from the back. Extremely rude. Swearing. The young kids don’t care. Dirty silverware moldy smelling dining area. Like from the 1960’s. Gross.

My husband & I went to Jioio’s in Latrobe thinking it was the same as the one in Greensburg; much to our surprise & disappointment, it was not. The server told me the blue cheese dressing was mayo with blue cheese in it. I have to say the emphasis Was on the mayo. Mayo has no business being on a salad; it belongs on a sandwich. We also ordered a pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. When our pizza came out, we just stared at it. There were only ten pieces of pepperoni on this pizza and the only way there was extra cheese on it was if I shook most of the grated cheese in the shaker onto it. The crust was so paper thin that you basically had to fold it in half to eat it. There was no way you could cut it with a fork and eat it. The only upside to our visit was the two young servers were nice and friendly. We tipped them well as it was not their fault. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Pizza has been souped up with grease last 3 pizzas in the past month. Very flimsy and falls apart. The grease is too much lately. One of my favorite pizzas but lay off the grease .

Have come here for years. Last 3 times I got a burnt pizza. This last time I checked the pizza right at the counter. It was burnt. I told them right there & then. Took 45-50 min. For the pizza. Owner was standing right there & said I can make you another one but it will take another 30-40 min. I said no thank you. Never offered a coupon or discount for the next pizza. I can tell you there will not be another order placed there. Threw away most of the pizza!

Food is very good. A little short on space inside. Would come back in a heartbeat

Food is ALWAYS fantastic. Service is ALWAYS top notch. Large portions, fair prices. Pizza is different than the norm........ extremely thin, slightly sweet, simply amazing! One word of advice...... often chilly, bring a sweater!!!

A lot of sugar in this here dough. It's okay if that's what you are into. White pizza does not taste good with this dough.The server took her time getting our order, food, and check. Maybe she was still waking up or what not.

The food is amazing and the pizza is a must try. Lookout for great deals on spaghetti dinners. Seating is a little tight but they make it work.

We ordered pick up, the gal that waited on me was very pleasant, we ordered 2 pizzas they were dry and cold, and burned, ordered a fried fried Sampler was a real disappointment it was also cold, And they were out of Horseradush sauce, ordered Gnocchi they were cold and the meatball wasn’t very good, it was such a disappointment. I opened the box of the Sampler when I got in the car and it was cold. They said 45 minutes and I got there within the 45 minutes, this has always been a favorite of my Husband’s

Very poor management. almost a 2 hour wait for a plain medium pizza, then I get a pizza with pepperoni.Watched multiple other customers come in to pick up their food and it not be started or only get half of what they ordered. No discount for the mistakes or mess ups either. Employees complained about working long hours as if it's an excuse. I use to order take out weekly, but my last few visits have been aweful. I will take my business elsewhere and reccomend the same to others. Your food was good but not worth 2-3 hours of my day waiting.

Absolutely horrendous. Paid $20 for 5 mozzarella cheese sticks, and a 6 slice cheese pizza with no toppings. Just drank water (no soda). Waited over 30 minutes for a cold pizza. Dough (super thin) was wet. I had better high school pizza (back in the 1980's). There are better options in Latrobe. Heck, even Little Ceasar's has better pizza.Will never go back.

Great pizza and absolutely delicious pierogie pizza ! The pierogie pizza takes a little longer to cook because the crust is thicker but well worth any wait ! The picture may look like the cheese is burnt but I assure you it is not . I've never had bad anything at either Jioio's !

Pizza is greasy. The dough tastes like sugar. Staff is rude. That was my first time there and I will never go back!

Love this place!! We drive from VA Beach a couple times a year just for there Pizza!! Had a GREAT time with family!!

My best buddy invited me here for some good food and he was right. Sure, it's just a pizza shop, but their menu goes much deeper than that. It appears to be a place at which the local college kids like to hang. It was bustling!

I had stopped going to this location years ago because of horrible service and rude staff!! We decided to try again and called for pick up. When we went to pick it up there were 5 people already waiting for their pizza! It took an additional 20 minutes for ours. We got the weekend special which includes a 2 liter bottle of soda. They had 3 varieties left and refused to substitute for cans or take off money for not getting a 2 liter. The lettuce of the salad was sticking out of the container most of the lettuce was wilted and brown. The pizza was obviously cold by the time we actually got it! I would never recommend! Once again the service was horrible and the staff was rude. I will forever stop going to this location!!

jioio’s is my family and I’s favorite pizza so for my brothers birthday we ordered 2 party pizzas 3 hours in advance to ensure they would be ready. drove 30 minutes to pick it up at the scheduled time and they told me they didn’t have the order. i had 12 people waiting at my house to eat. i double checked that i called the right place. they then put the order in for us and said it would be 35 minutes, but never apologized and we’re very unpleasant acting as if it was an inconvenience for them. waited an hour in my car for the pizza to be done and they only took $10 off my order and still never said sorry. will never be ordering from latrobe location again.

Isn't good like it used to be. Got 2 burnt pizzas and they wouldn't even replace it. Tied again several months later and it was the same thing. Another woman was arguing with them about her burnt pizza at the same time. They don't care! Will never go again! Shame, used to love their pizza, will go to Falbo's now.

I just read the most horrible thing... they were selling used gloves!! During the pandemic... Wether or not you are afraid of getting sick...That is nasty and absolutely unethical. I have a very large feeling noone is ServeSafe. They need heftily fine and forced to shut down.

I just spent $30 on an order. I go into to pick up the pizza. The lady was rude to me and the guy before me. He walked out without purchasing. The pizza has no extra cheese or 8 pepperoni. I counted. The manager said to bring it back! I just worked all day. Have people to take care of! Then i call back and they hung up! They have the worst customer service!

Had a very long wait to be seated and the waitress never checked in on us, she only gave us our check. The food was good, just not the service.

Southwestern Pennsylvania's best pizza. Thin crust and sweet sauce. AWESOME.

Amazing mom and pop stop with some of the best pizza I've ever had. I don't live here anymore but I make it a point to go out of my way and stop here EVERY time I'm in town.

They have the best pizza...wish they were a franchise so I could get some here in New Hampshire!

Absolutely love the pierogi pizza..beyond compare with any other. Sweet sauce and crust grows on you until it becomes a craving that must be answered. We drive 45 minutes one way to bring these treats home for the family (10 of us total) and everyone loves it.

Traveled back home to Latrobe for my favorite pizza. As good as always! Thin crispy and sweet! Thanks for keeping a traditional local recipe alive!

I don’t understand their pizza. Pie like sweet crust with sweet sauce. I don’t particularly care for the pizza, but my wife and daughter do. I guess if you have a sweet tooth you’d like it too. Other than that, I have not had a decent item at this restaurant. I would go as far as saying, some of the worst food I ever had and I tried a lot of things on their menu. Next time I go back with my wife, I’ll get water.

Good food and service but very cold inside. Minimal heat.

I just had Jioio’s pizza. What a disappointment. This pizza is just plain nasty. The crust is under cooked. Tasted like raw dough. There is really no flavor. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want good pizza and service. Yeah their service is horrible. No smiles no hello. Just give you your food and walk away. Again do not go here.

Eat here every year after air show. As I am vegan, I order the same dish, a pasta with sauteed mushrooms. This year, the sauce was so sweet that I could not eat it!!! Tasted more like a sugary sauce than a pasta sauce. Waitress removed dish from bill and was very helpful, but we will not return there.

In room dining and pizza took 45 minutes and was delivered to table well over cooked. It's was a shame because they do use a very nice sweet tomato sauce. Probably won't go back.
